Summary/Abstract: On 10 December 1948, the United Nations promulgated a relatively comprehensive list of rights at the time - thirty articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. These rights are inalienable and inalienable. By its natural nature, man belongs to everyone, regardless of his or her affiliation with any state, group, religion, or race. These rights are transnational and indivisible in nature and their basic aim is to ensure and protect human dignity. For the first time in history, a certain system of values was declared universal, not only proclamatively, but in fact. Based on its consensual form, it should regulate the coexistence of all peoples and states. But are these rights enough to protect the dignity of every human being even today?
