Summary/Abstract: Ottoman buildings – mosques, turbets, hammams, mectebs– are published in the article. The buildings were built in the 17th – 19thcenturies. The mosques surveyed in the Eastern Rhodopes do not differ from those found in other provinces of the Ottoman Empire and are characteristic representatives of provincial cult architecture.The documented cult buildings from the Eastern Rhodopes contribute to Ottoman architecture in the Bulgarian lands.
