Summary/Abstract: Our research has been based on the analysis of experiences from functioning of the Carpathian Euroregion from the regional and local management point of view. In respective parts of the study we reflect the Euroregion governance, the evolution of its institutional structure, the functioning of the Carpathian Foundation and its relation with the Carpathian Euroregion. The aim of this contribution is also to identify the strengths and weaknesses in order to formulate policy considerations outlining more efficient functioning of the Carpathian Euroregion.
