Summary/Abstract: The paper analyzes fiscal policy and its role in GDP evolution. The purpose is to provide a better understanding of the importance of fiscal policy instruments used for growth. The case study is focused on Romania. Thus, the fiscal policy objectives are analyzed as a factor of economic growth as well as their dynamic in terms of different categories of taxes and fee.
