Summary/Abstract: A five-year dispute over statements of President Miloš Zeman on journalist Ferdinand Peroutka shows that if it is here someone endangered, it's neither Peroutka, nor the president, but the ability of the Czech judiciary decide in favor of the historical reality. Without her knowledge however, this will not change.
