Summary/Abstract: During intensive change, learning is becoming the factor of welfare, successful career and organizational survival for an individual. Continuous professional development of complementary education organisers influences not only their practical work but also students’ achievement and from a strategic point of view public opinion. In this paper, reviewed scientists opinions about professional competence, are reviewed competence development of complementary education organizers are discussed from their point of view.
