Summary/Abstract: Enrollment as an institute under Bulgarian law has a lasting and constant practice and traditions. The legal framework for the registration of security documents related to the right of ownership is regulated in the Law on the Property law Law.With the reform of the system of the late 1990s, in parallel with the assignment of notary functions to notaries, according to the Law on Notaries and Notarial Activities, the Institute of Registrar Judges has been established since 1998.
