Summary/Abstract: The subject of this article is a review of the legal challenges facing The government services and information portal in the Republic of Bulgaria, which should be a single point of access to the electronic administrative services of all administrations. In particular, presents its legal nature, which is the body that it builds and maintains, and which are participants. Legislation is currently being analyzed and conclusions are drawn based on the analysis on gaps and opportunities for improvement.
