Summary/Abstract: The present survey aims to clarify theoretically the principle of interaction between international and domestic law, incorporated in the constitutional provision of Art. 5, para 4, as well as the dynamics in its development. At the same time, special attention is paid to the direct effect of the constitutional norm in which this legal construction has been implemented. Thus, examining the international law through the prism of Constitution, its significance and place in the Bulgarian legal system have been emerged.
