Summary/Abstract: The pursuit of mankind towards innovation and the existence of many international programs on space activities are prerequisites for the development of the legislative framework in the field. Space law is related to a number of laws that regulate private-law activities in space. The purpose of this report is to research the issues and the legal regulation in the context of European Union law.
