Summary/Abstract: The contents of the module’s program/curriculum „Consumer and Environmental Protection” are recommended to be approached in a flexible, differentiated way, considering the particularities of the group of students involved and their initial level of training. All the contents are taught in theory classes, tutorial classes and in practical instruction classes. The advantage is represented by the fact that the number of hours required for the teaching of each topic is determined by the teachers, according to the difficulty of the lessons, the previous knowledge level of the students, the complexity of the teaching materials involved in the teaching strategy and the rate of knowledge assimilation by the students which are being trained. The flexible structure of the module allows the use of new teaching ways or resources any time during the educational process. The practical training within the tutorial classes or with an economic agent is extremely important for specialized skills acquisition. The teaching strategy adopted in the study of this discipline seeks the implementation of the following methods: independent or directed observation, heuristic conversation, discovery, exercise, demonstration, problem solving, role playing, brainstorming, case study. Group discussions are recommended as they stimulate criticism and real‑life situations are to be promoted for the purpose of applying the new knowledge. Students will be allowed to apply their own way of content understanding through discovery, conversation and the completion of essays, drawings, portfolios.
