Summary/Abstract: The article clarifies the main characteristics of tourists who go on culinary trips and analyzes the stages of making a decision on such trips with a focus on the specifics of the culinary tourist profile. A pivotal point in the paper is the multidimensionality of the culinary tourist behaviour. To characterize it in depth, an attempt was made to deduce the main features that constitute this profile.
