Labor law itself considers as its subject only and so-called dependent work, which is an activity performed for the purpose of achieving earnings. Today's society is constructed in such a way that each individual must more or less participate in the creation of the necessary values, ie intended not only for him, but also for other individuals. The majority of the able-bodied population offers their own labor force for the creation of these goods on the labor market, and in return they obtain funds for the livelihood and development of themselves and their whole families.
