Is the Euroconstitution desirable?

Summary/Abstract: The process of adopting the Euroconstitution was accompanied by some problems on the Czech scene. Even today, no one knows whether the "Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe", as the indigestible official name of the European Constitution reads, will be ratified by the parliaments of the individual states, resp. if accepted nationally in a referendum. All the less do we know how the Euroconstitution will "behave" like living law, ie how it will be interpreted, resp. specified by the European Court of Justice and how it will be adopted at national level by the highest judicial bodies and, in particular, by the constitutional courts.
