Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study is to adapt and translate the compulsory citizenship behavior scale developed by Vigado-Gadot (2007) into Turkish. Thus, it is aimed to adapt the scale into Turkish literature. For this purpose, five-star hotel employees in Muğla were surveyed (n=287). The linguistic equivalence, convergent validity, construct validity and reliability of the scale were tested according to the obtained data. The findings showed that compulsory citizenship behavior scale, which is translated and adapted to Turkish, is a valid and reliable instrument and it could be used in further researches in Turkey.
