School works

Summary/Abstract: In current Czech legal and educational practice, the topic of school works is a much-discussed issue. Understood school works of authorship, ie literary, other artistic or scientific. In this post, I try to answer some relatively frequently asked legal questions.I understand the answers so that they are, as far as possible, immediately practically usable for universities. Therefore, I omit in particular the general questions of the features of copyright works, as well as other generalities. I simplify my approach by abstracting from other than universities.
