Contemporary Trends Regarding Intimate Relationships

Summary/Abstract: In the context of a stressed dynamic at the level of values and behaviors, the beliefs and practices regarding intimate relationships are adjusted continuously by the social actors. During the last decades institutions such as marriage became unstable, divorce rates raised, family forms diversified and as a result of it fertility decreased. In the present paper we going to underline the guiding marks witch structure the beliefs toward continuity and discontinuity in this type of human relationships, to characterize a particular trend for this period and to see if there is a theoretical frame to fit the reality as it appear in statistical data.
