Summary/Abstract: Escalation of migration is characteristic for the last decades of the 20th century and beginning of the 21st. One of the main goals of migration is the improvement of livelihood. Armenians are migration-sensitive ethnic group, with a strong tendency to entrepreneurship. The aim of the current study is to describe the innovative approaches of entrepreneurship by Armenian immigrants in Poland, and to define the factors that affect the decision to migrate and to get engaged in entrepreneurship. Theoretical part of the study includes analysis of scientific literature. The data from structured interviews with 101 Armenian entrepreneurs in Poland were used to construct the empiric part of the study. The obtained data demonstrate that Armenian migrants have relatively high tendency to entrepreneurship, whereas the main reasons for migration are of economic nature. Our study demonstrated that the innovative approach of Armenians immigrants is considering Polish market a new market, and supplying new and demanded products to this market.
