Summary/Abstract: The publication describes quantitative and qualitative factors in relation to the complexity of decision making in conditions of uncertainty. The analysis of quantitative factors describes the feasibility of applying the expected benefit method. This method is used in decisions making process that take into account risks and uncertainties. The main idea of the study is to draw attention to the subject of qualitative factors for effective leadership, ethics and attitudes of managers. The article describes the features and forms of attitudes, which may influence the speed, intuitiveness and effectiveness in decision making of management board members.
