Summary/Abstract: Artificial intelligence which is used in medicine is related to a huge progress in medicine. However, computer hacks, computer viruses mistakes in a software can cause human death. It is crucial to analise if in such cases, a crime was committed as well as analise who is legally responsible for this. It can be stated that a crime was committed by a doctor who conducted operation and who was in charge of the operation, producer of this technology, a doctor who operated/served the system during an operation or just state that nobody is responsible for human death or other acts. It is not possible to give one answer. The answer depends on a concrete situation. It is necessary to establish if a consequence of the act (e.g. human death) is caused due to the mistakes of machine, or due to human factor.
