The Social Service Community Plan Aims and Activities Transformation for the Municipality of Ružomberok for the "Children and Youth" Area with an Emphasis for Inclusion and Early Care for Selected Population Groups at Risks

Summary/Abstract: The article brings results of the new aim and activities formulation in the area of social service community planning process implemented by the municipality of Ružomberok, under the Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic no. 448/2008 Coll. on social service, valid for the social policy system of the Slovak Republic. In the qualitative assessment of the current trends of the social service development, we used the accepted methodolgy and quality criteria for the social service community planning for the Czech republic. The aim of this article is to interpret the current findings and recommendations for realization of the social service planning process in Ružomberok for the "Children, Youth and Family" work group.
