Summary/Abstract: The briefer process is a new legal institution in canon law. It was introduced by a motu proprio Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus as a prejudicial question. This was also described in Dignitas connubii. This will allow for wider dissemination of information concerning there provisions of spouses in their matrimony. The issue of pre-trial tutorship it is very important in the briefer process of the nullity of marriage.
