On a Deputy’s diet and profiting from partnerships

Summary/Abstract: Herein, reflections on the right to full Deputy’s diet of a Deputy – limited partner in a limi- ted partnership are included. In the conclusion it is stated that a limited partner in limited partnership is not an entrepreneur since it is a company that is an entrepreneur. Therefore, a circumstance that a Deputy is a limited partner does not deprive him/her of his/her right to full Deputy’s diet.
