Summary/Abstract: The intention of this study is to outline a brief history of the park in Bistrita. Our foray cannot miss the main stages of the modernization process that gradually changed the appearance of Bistrita's park. The park is a small botanical garden located in the southern part of the city, arranged in the early nineteenth century, in defense of the city of Bistrita.
