Summary/Abstract: The author in this paper provides insight into possible solutions to malnutrition of clients in social services. Malnutrition causes fragility of the client, especially in the elderly. The author defines the fragility by several authors with links to social services and methodology for determining the scope and degree of dependency. She handles a case report of 48 women diagnosed with acute malnutrition.
