The legal prorogation in the case of procedural terms expressed in hours

Critical note regarding some case-law and doctrinal solutions

Summary/Abstract: The current article seeks to analyze the juridical sphere, but also the basis of a view stockpiled in an almost absolute manner within the criminal law field. Using a balanced approach and based on the assumption that within the research field, the doubt or the skepticism constitutes itself a method, the article suggests an alternative to the traditional solution. On the basis of explained and undertaken arguments, the conclusion of the analysis is to the effect that the benefit of the legal prorogation should be given to the procedural terms expressed in hours as well.
