The Comparison of Outcomes of Proportional and Majoritarian Voting System in Slovak Republic

Summary/Abstract: The present paper compares outcomes of proportional and majoritarian voting system in Slovak Republic. It considers application of proper type of electoral rules in conditions of formation of Slovak political system. Because different types of electoral systems usually are not clear applications of proportional or majoritarian voting systems but their position is somewhere in continuum between them, it will be most usefull to compare actual and in its grounds constant Slovak electoral system with model situation simulating aplication of relative majoritarian system.
