Summary/Abstract: In the 21st century people spend even more time at their work place, the interaction between female and male co-workers, increases due the time spend, which studies showed has a direct correlation with them being involved in romantic relationships. This paper is trying to show how companies should reacted to two co-workers being romantically involved, and how their relationship might affect the organization and the interaction between the ones involved in a romantic relationship and the rest of the company.
