Summary/Abstract: This article explores the Unitarian bishop, Valentin Radecke’s letter (1620) to Mihály Daniel, the vice-captain of Háromszék. The letter was recentlydiscovered in the National Archives of Hungary thanks to Gábor Kármán. The letter concerns Calvinist bishop János Keserűi Dajka’s visit to Háromszék (1619) and the Unitarian’s possible countermeasures. It also provides some information on the history of the reception of Explicationes (1598), bishop György Enyedi’s principle exegetical work.
