Summary/Abstract: The CJEU has played significant role in forming the principles applicable to administrative law, the provisions of EU treaties not being able to cover all situations. The Court re/defines the general principles of administrative law applicable to the Member States and the paper analyses the way in which these principles have been evolved and implemented.
