Summary/Abstract: The Act of 26th January 2018 introduced into the Polish legal system a regulation, according to which the provisions of the Civil Code on personal interests protection duly apply to the protection of the good name of the Republic of Poland and the Polish Nation. The aim of the publication is to analyze this regulation, including taking a stance on the manner of using such legal institution belonging to the civil law system to protect public law entities and international law.
