Summary/Abstract: A personality of the romanian people, cardiologist and army general born on May 24, 1932 in the commune Lisa Vânători( Teleorman County) and went through all the stages of the education and training process until graduating from the Faculty of General Medicine within within from Bucharest. He had a brilliant career, achieving remarkable professional successes. For his special merits he has obtained numerous distinctions and medals at home and abroad. He was elected as a Teleorman deputy in the 1996-2000 legislature on the lists of the PDSR party.
