Summary/Abstract: The crisis is an unexpected and unexpected tension situation, which needs to be answered quickly and in a hurry, making the understanding or adaptation mechanisms of the organization or enterprise inadequate and threatening their current values, goals and assumptions. The risk of uncertainty in businesses creates the crisis. Tourism crisis, a country's tourism industry or some businesses, uncontrollable natural disasters, socio-economic changes, terrorism and conflict, wrong policies or management errors, even faced with the risk of bankruptcy and a new organizational structure to solve these problems. It can be defined as the state of seeking. Crisis management, on the other hand, refers to the process to be spent with the right policies and the right measures to be taken to get rid of these losses with the lowest loss. In times of crisis, managers have to make decisions very quickly. The most important factor that makes decision-making difficult is the lack of information, that is, uncertainty.
