Summary/Abstract: Many technologies, industries, the organization of work, and labor itself has undergone significant changes in the recent years. Technological changes, job insecurity, high intensity of work processes and reduced independence have increased employees' exposure to new psychosocial risks. The process of risk identification and management contributes both to the overall improvement of the health status of workers and to the reduction of costs at national, sectoral and company level.
