Summary/Abstract: In a world where companies’ revenues strive not to decrease and market shares are under constant pressure, managers try to find ways to deliver the value demanded by clients. Supply chain seems to be lately the field where they can find space to act and to deliver performance. This paper intends to discover the challenges that the supply chain practitioners must face in order to implement a good supply chain strategy and which strategy will fit best the needs of each company.
