Summary/Abstract: The paper aims to outline some evaluation criteria of an ERP system as arguments of the benefits that it offers. At the same time it highlights a number of aspects to be considered when purchasing and implementing these systems, with issues of cost, time, personnel training and the advantages that a company can get.
