Summary/Abstract: This paper is an attempt to give a short overview of the political situation in Herzegovina sandžak during the last years of Ottoman rule in Bosnia. During that period, Ottoman rule was more or less in constant hostility and conflict with the non-Muslim subjects in the southeast part of Herzegovina sandžak. All these riots were premeditated tactic of Ottoman state enemies and attempt to expand at its expense
