Alternative ways of settlement of disputes and their limits in the labour disputes

Summary/Abstract: This study aims at dealing with the admissibility and legal limits of the alternative ways of settlement of disputes, in the matter of labour relationships, namely those ways by which the settlement of the dispute is not imposed by the judge or by the arbitrator, but instead, is the result of the consistent will of litigants, and this agreement emerges either through the agency of the institution of mediation, or, simply, through their will expressed in a transaction agreement.
