BOSNIAN ISSUE: POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC PROBLEMS AND CHALLENGES

Summary/Abstract: The initial point of this text is the highlighting and analysis of six fundamental problems that without solving of them may not be possible to start changes and overall progress in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In considering of the possibility to change the situation has started from the systemic approach as a condition for any success and analyzes the possibilities of adoption the structure and creates conditions for the functioning of the system at all levels. Proposals of solutions for economic development and speed up the process of joining the European Union are processed segmented by the most important challenges.
