Summary/Abstract: In the current context, where society, through its tools, seeks to define and categorize the main types of global conflicts (asymmetric warfare, hybrid warfare, cyberattacks, etc.) which result in insecurity, the safety of citizens should become again a topic of debate, a goal of social policy, in view of identifying new methods and concepts pertaining to individual protection. Therefore, as a component of social coexistence, the military environment is often assigned tasks that are associated with the preservation of social tranquility. The military system consists of circumstances, events, actions that are specific to this field, generating interhuman relations and types of organization which are different from those encountered in social life in general, in line with the purposes for which the army exists. As is well known, in the army subordination relations are prevalent, the activities are carried out under constant command and control, orders are executed unconditionally, the deviation from the established rules is unacceptable. The environment and activity within the units of our army give rise to high demands that influence the personalities of those who compose it, the military. Their entire mental system is transformed, the defining features become salient, the operational capacity increases considerably, and a high rate of change in skills, needs, aspirations, interests, attitudes, is a particularity of military life.
