Summary/Abstract: Personality traits, vocational interests, work values, and self-evaluations can generally be considered as some of the most basic aspects of personality. Personality is related to patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, which remain relatively stable during people's lifetime and distinguish one person from another. Research on adolescent personality traits is more scarce than research on adult personality traits. The present research will focus on the correlation between agreeableness as a personality trait, and the social values and interests of teenagers. In this research the following instruments are used: The Five-Factor Personality Questionnaire (CP5F), The V21 Values Questionnaire included in the Professional Counselling and Guidance Platform Cognitrom Career Planner (CCP), Interest Assessment Questionnaire (CEI). The research has proven that there is a positive correlation between agreeableness and social relations. This can be interpreted as the fact that agreeable people, who show interest for those around them, find it important to focus on building and developing pleasant and uncompetitive relationships with those around them. Teenagers can be influenced towards forming positive values by engaging themselves in prosocial behaviour, because the age of adolescence is a crucial period for acquiring values, and as long as they can form through education, engaging these young people into such activities can only be beneficial.
