Summary/Abstract: Prof. Dr. Ivan Georgov - one of the Presidents of theMacedonian Scientific Institute, Sofia, is well-known in contemporarylinguistics, mainly for his studies on children'slanguage. Nowadays, these studies are carried out at an extremelyfast rate, especially in the California University -Berkeley, USA. Some of Prof. Georgov's pioneering ideas,although insufficiently known to the world linguistic public,are well ahead of their time.
