Summary/Abstract: I n December 2004, the Jordan authorities arrested Murad al-Assaydeh, a 18 years old Palestinian, accused of using Internet in order to threat the Jordanian security department with attacks. The young man was convicted by a military court for “the threat by using violence for undermining general security”.
