Summary/Abstract: Some specialists think that the crisis is a chain of unpredictable events that be solved by the multinational operations. The crisis has as main characteristics the following: the building up of a point of development for the flux of events, the necessity of a decision taking, and the decision itself. At least one actor has to bet on his fundamental values.
