Summary/Abstract: The article addresses some general issues regarding the recognition and enforcement of foreign decisions in the Republic of Moldova, identifies universal principles and provisions based on which such a procedure is performed. The trends and the advantages are formulated, the provisions of the legislation are analyzed.
