Summary/Abstract: Implementation of transitional justice in post-conflict societies is a lengthy and difficult process. Often this process is impossible without a financial and logistical support from some specific countries or international organizations. In this situation there is the Maghreb countries, which during its history went through different periods of violence, which takes effect so far. In practice this is beneficial France, which has a rich history in the context of promoting the concept of rule of law, including its values. Given the secular relations between France and the Maghreb countries, expertise in transitional justice given to these countries of interest to other countries, including Republic of Moldova.
