Summary/Abstract: On April 2006, 17th, the Supreme Council of National Defence adopted the New Romania’s National Security Strategy, a paper for the European and Euro-Atlantic Romania, for a better life in a democratic country, safer and more prosperous. According to the Romania’s Constitution, the Strategy will be presented by the President in Parliament.
