Summary/Abstract: The article is dealing with some issues concerning the guardianship of minors in civil proceedings. It focusses on the choice of the guardian and possible steps to be taken in case this choice was not entirely correct. Specific issues analysed is how to proceed in case the court itself is persuaded the guardian is not protecting the child correctly and shall be replaced.
