Summary/Abstract: This paper deals with the folk ballad entitled ‘Asan-aginica’, whose text is reconstructed using the Fortis edition, which is compared to two pieces of editing of the same poem by Vuk Stefanovic Karadzic, with emphasis on linguo-textual and verse analysis.
