BOSNIA'S FUTURE ON THE HIGH TECHNOLOGY MAP OF THE WORLD

Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, there are reliable generally accepted parameters and ways of measuring the country's development and estimate of its global, continental or regional position in all spheres of society and economy, both partially and integrally. These parameters are reflection on ability of the state and society to provide the desired Gross domestic product (GDP) per capita per year, following the world trends of science and profession, using high technology, keeping step with industrial development.Correct, competent and responsible management of public incomes ensures correct and responsible management of social and industrial development, making the country a desirable, comfortable and safe place for living. In this paper, on the example of Bosnia and Herzegovina has made the attempt to explain the mechanism of interdependence of social and economic conditions and activities and their reflection on the quality of life. For this paper were used available and current reference sources.This analysis testifies about the poor position of Bosnia and Herzegovina for numerous aspects of the observation, and the result is poverty and lack of perspective. In order to change this situation, it is essential to change the attitude towards education, science and research as an essential prerequisite for Bosnia and Herzegovina's industrial and social development. There are lot of reasons and assumptions for that.
